The Fulfillment Management Association (FMA) will hold its biggest event of the year, FMA Day, at the Yale Club in New York City on Wednesday, September 16th. The full day schedule of events will include a total of six sessions featuring practical and pertinent subject matter from industry experts ranging from surviving in the online arena, advertiser perspectives and when to hire a consultant, to name a few. The luncheon will honor Steven Jacobs, American Media Inc. as Fulfillment Manager of the Year; Jim Borth, Consultant as the Lee C.
