BPA Worldwide’s director of marketing services John Brooks has been named president of the Western Fulfillment Management Association (WFMA), joining thirteen other appointed officers and directors in supervising, directing and controlling the association’s business affairs.
Brooks has worked in his current role at BPA since July 2007, when he rejoined the company after almost six years working in management roles at Stark Services and Primedia’s Enthusiast Media. Brooks first worked at BPA in October 1991 as a field auditor, and then worked his way up to management positions in internal auditing and directing the regional audit operations in the West, Midwest and Southern U.S. regions. He was promoted to vice president, member relations in January 2001.
The WFMA’s mission is to educate and connect the audience development community through webinars and networking events, including CircDayLA. According to Brooks, “With the expert guidance from our officers and directors, the WFMA will continue to provide great value to its members who are facing constant change in the areas of marketing and audience development.”
